We’ve grown considerably in recent years, thanks to the know-how and skills that come from working with corporate and banking clients across a wide range of industries and sectors. We work with a wide range of high profile clients such as RBS, Lloyds Banking Group and Clydesdale Bank.
The group operates as an integrated provider of specialist services to the banking and finance industry. We recognise that increasingly those involved in the provision of finance require a one stop shop approach towards their industry. In an area that continues to be highly regulated, we are able to offer truly niche expertise in areas such as consumer credit law.
Our group consists of a number of teams that have strength in depth and we provide specialist advice in the areas of structured debt, structured finance, asset based lending and property finance.
In many cases our lender clients require us to deal with all aspects of their asset realisations and recovery activity. We offer a state of the art case management system that provides a recovery platform for our lender clients.
We also offer a full service on all aspects of corporate recovery with specialist teams providing expert advice on personal insolvency, corporate insolvency and all aspects of finance litigation.
