DWF's Employment team offers a dedicated Compromise Agreement Unit in each of our offices which deals with referrals from employers across all sectors of industry and also provides professional, commercial and independent legal advice to exiting staff. 

New instructions can be conflict checked immediately using our online system so we can deal with them without delay.  We are also able to offer a same day service if required and provide template or bespoke Compromise Agreements for your organisation.

Our lawyers have experience of operating referral arrangements with Banks, other financial institutions and Law firms and offer concise and practical advice.  We have a flexible approach and accept appointments outside of normal office hours if required. 

We also accept group referrals and can undertake advice surgeries onsite.
