To ensure our clients can tackle their legal issues without the added worry or constraint of financial limitations our family law team has joined forces with major lenders such as the Co-Op bank to ensure that funds can be made available to support legal action.

The funding is made available at competitive rates for DWF clients. Loans are unsecured and repaid at the end of the case and, in certain cases, we can arrange the rolling up of any interest and arrangement fees to be paid at the conclusion of the case rather than impacting on day to day cash flow.

This facility gives our clients a unique advantage by providing the financial means to fully pursue their claims and resolve the issues they face.
