Probate & Estate Administration
We can advise and assist on all legal matters that arise following a death in particular:
- The Preparation of the tax returns required by the revenue
- Advising on the tax reliefs available and maximising there use
- Negotiating with the revenue should valuations not be agreed
- Completing statutory notices to protect the executors against claims by creditors
- Liaising with our international network of advisors where foreign assets are involved
- Advising and assisting on international issues
- Ensuring that the wishes of the deceased are achieved
- Setting up and administering any trusts arising under wills or intestacy
- Inheritance Tax mitigation including the use of Deeds of Variation
