Business law firm, DWF, has helped Cheshire-based tyre fitting company, Tyres on the Drive Limited, to secure an injection of funds from Enterprise Ventures through the North West Fund.
The team – which was led by DWF partner, Peter Allen and solicitor Darren Ormsby - acted on behalf of Tyres on the Drive in agreeing the terms of the investment deal with Enterprise Ventures.
Enterprise Ventures specialises in providing venture, growth and loan capital to entrepreneurial and growing SMEs throughout the UK, and its investment will provide Tyres on the Drive with funding to help realise its growth plans.
Tyres on the Drive provides mobile tyre fitting services to businesses and individuals throughout the Cheshire and Manchester regions. Dominic Clark, the firm’s managing director, said: “Tyres on the Drive has only been around for a short time, yet it has grown quickly and found a real niche in the market. Enterprise Ventures’ investment will help us take the business to the next level.
