At DWF you get hands-on legal experience from the beginning.
This is your chance to become a future DWF partner. In recent years, we are delighted to have been able to offer all our qualifying trainees roles in the firm.
We only take on a small number of trainee solicitors each year. It's a deliberate policy designed to make sure that each trainee gets plenty of hands-on experience. This means you are able to accept appropriate responsibility for legal matters at an early stage, instead of spending a traineeship dealing only with routine support tasks.
As a result we're proud to have maintained a 100% offer rate at in 2010 and 2011.
