Andrew is a Banking Litigation Partner in our national Litigation team with over 22 years’ experience as a commercial litigation solicitor. He is well known in the national banking litigation market and acts for and advises banks and other lenders in relation to complex recoveries and possession actions, LPA Receivership, mortgage fraud, professional negligence, subrogation, Land Registry division of the Property Chamber, First-tier Tribunal (previously known as Adjudication) proceedings, invoice discounting and other asset based lending disputes, operational loss, and claims against lenders, often with substantial sums at stake.
He also acts for financial institution clients as corporate pension scheme trustees regarding commercial property and property litigation.
