Andrew is a Partner in our Finance Litigation team with over 20 years experience as a litigation solicitor. He has considerable experience in representing banking and other financial institution clients, often in relation to disputes concerning property, with substantial sums at stake.
Andrew is well known in the banking litigation market and acts for and advises banks in relation to recoveries, LPA Receivership, mortgage fraud, professional negligence, subrogation and operational loss. He also acts for financial institution clients as corporate pension scheme trustees regarding commercial property.
