Craig is a Partner and is national head of DWF’s Commercial and Intellectual Property team. He has considerable expertise in non-contentious technology media and telecoms law and advises a diverse cross section of clients in several sectors on their major business projects which include the acquisition, disposal and licensing of IP rights and outsourcing arrangements .
Craig’s expertise extends to advising on BPO and off-shoring arrangements and other commercial contracts and advice relating to e-business, cloud computing and strategic partnerships.
A committee member of the Licensing Executive Society and active participant of the National Outsourcing Association Craig has the ability to see all angles of a transaction having acted for both suppliers and customers alike. This rounded experience helps to speed up and facilitate the deal-making process and Craig has a strong reputation for providing user friendly advice that is “alive to his clients’ business objectives” (Legal 500).
