Kirsty is the National Head of Employment and Pensions at DWF and coordinates the team nationally.

Kirsty has an excellent reputation for her work, providing advice to commercial clients in all areas of employment law in particular employment litigation including discrimination, whistleblowing and High Court Injunction work. She is recognised in legal directories for her straightforward and client friendly manner and advises clients at a senior level on not only significant and sensitive ER issues, but also on directors issues, transformational change and people strategy generally. Kirsty is acclaimed for ensuring that the advice given is pertinent to the sector that a client works in.
