Paul Attwood

Corporate & Commercial

Paul is a Partner in the Commercial team and undertakes a wide range of contracts, commercial agreements and projects. He also specialises in intellectual property matters with particular reference to trademarks. Paul and his team draft and negotiate agreements relating to manufacturing, agency and distribution, outsourcing, sponsorship, celebrity endorsement, naming rights, licensing of intellectual property, and terms and conditions.

Prior to joining DWF Paul gained significant experience in the food and retail industry as Company Solicitor of Iceland Foods managing a substantial in-house legal team.

Paul advises household name clients in the food industry on competition law, e-commerce, data protection and regulatory issues.
