Pauline is a Partner in the Family Team in Liverpool. She undertakes all aspects of Family Law including divorce, ancillary relief, dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation issues, pre-nuptial agreements, injunctions and children matters.
Pauline has a particular expertise in financial relief following divorce/separation. She has represented a number of high profile clients and regularly secures multi-million pound settlements.
Pauline is also an accredited member of the Law Society Family Law panel and Specialist Children Panel and is listed in the Legal 500 as an experienced child care specialist. Pauline has represented children and parents for 15 years dealing with the most complex of cases involving alcohol, drug abuse and physical abuse. Pauline continues to have an active involvement in all Children Act matters particularly contact, residence, adoption and relocation cases.
